Terms of Service
Joe Lumi LLC, dba Get Dumpster Leads
These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) govern the provision of exclusive lead generation services by
Joe Lumi LLC, doing business as Get Dumpster Leads (“Provider”), to you, the client (“Client”).
By initiating a campaign, completing a payment authorization, or otherwise engaging our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Trial Campaign
1.1 Lead Rates
- Form Leads: $13 per lead
- Call Leads: $29 per lead
1.2 Trial Volume
Each trial campaign includes up to 10 exclusive leads, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
1.3 Timeline
Campaigns typically launch within 5 to 7 business days from the date the payment authorization is submitted and confirmed.
1.4 Temporary Payment Hold (Authorization)
To initiate a trial campaign, Client authorizes a temporary hold of $250 on the payment method provided (“Authorization Hold”).
This Authorization Hold is not an immediate charge and may appear as a pending authorization depending on the Client’s card issuer.
Charges are applied only for leads generated and delivered at the agreed per-lead rates above. Any unused portion of the Authorization Hold
is not captured by Provider and will expire or release based on the Client’s card issuer policies and timelines.
1.5 Additional Leads During Trial
If more than 10 leads are generated during the trial period, Provider will make reasonable efforts to notify the Client.
If the Client does not respond within 24 hours, additional leads may be delivered and billed at the agreed per-lead rates.
No ongoing campaigns will be launched without explicit approval.
2. Targeting & Geographic Accuracy
2.1 Target Area
Provider will target the ZIP codes or service areas specified by the Client at the time of onboarding.
2.2 Targeting Variability
Due to the nature of digital marketing, including IP/location mismatches, mobile network variability, and user-entered information,
some leads may occasionally fall outside the designated service area. These occurrences are rare and do not constitute grounds for refund.
3. Definition of a Lead
3.1 Lead Types
Leads may be delivered through phone calls, web form submissions, or other campaign methods as configured.
For billing purposes, Provider classifies leads into the following categories:
- Form Lead: A consumer submits a request via Provider’s web form and provides contact information (such as name and phone number), plus job details.
- Call Lead: A consumer places a phone call to a Provider tracking number associated with the Client’s campaign.
3.2 Lead Delivery
Client will receive lead notifications and/or reporting that may include call logs, timestamps, recordings (when available), and form data.
Provider may deliver leads via email, spreadsheet report, CRM integration, or other method agreed during onboarding.
3.3 Form Lead Verification (Best Efforts)
Provider makes commercially reasonable, best-effort attempts to reduce obvious spam and invalid submissions (for example, filtering repeated entries,
incomplete records, or clearly fraudulent form activity). However, Provider does not guarantee that every form lead is accurate, complete, reachable,
or free from misinformation provided by the consumer.
Client acknowledges that consumers may submit incorrect information, may not answer, may change their mind, may contact other providers independently,
or may be unreachable despite Provider’s best efforts. Provider is not responsible for Client’s conversion results, booking rates, revenue outcomes,
or any consumer decision-making.
3.4 Exclusivity
All leads delivered under this Agreement are exclusive, meaning Provider does not intentionally resell or distribute the same lead
to multiple dumpster rental companies. Client acknowledges that exclusivity refers to Provider’s distribution practices only and does not guarantee
that a consumer has not contacted other providers outside of Provider’s systems.
4. Ongoing Service Terms (Post-Trial)
4.1 Monthly Lead Targets
Client may request adjustments to monthly lead volume at any time. Please notify Provider in advance to accommodate changes.
4.2 Billing and Invoicing
Invoices are issued weekly, provided the Client has received at least 3 new leads since the previous invoice.
Each invoice may include a call log and/or lead summary. If no disputes are raised within 48 hours, the payment method on file may be charged.
4.3 Campaign Pauses
Clients may pause campaigns for up to 4 consecutive weeks or 8 total weeks per year without losing access to reserved territories.
Lead flow may continue for 7 to 10 days after pausing, and a similar delay may apply when restarting.
4.4 Termination of Service
Client may cancel service at any time with 30 days written notice. Client is responsible for any leads generated during the notice period.
Any unused balance from any deposit or authorization (if applicable) will be applied to the final invoice where permitted, and eligible refunds will be processed within 30 days.
5. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
